Kanye West, in his Gold Digger (ft. Jamie Foxx), presented himself as the Provocateur. Kanye is in constant denial of 'her' being a gold digger but whimsically elaborates on what a gold digger is like: Now I ain't saying she a gold digger, but she ain't messing with no broke niggas. According to Kanye, money The title of song itself is already provocative, as though an aggressive appetizer before a groundbreaking meal.
Most of comments were blatant and aggressive towards the actual gold-digging women.

In the 32 replies, someone questioned how Instagram models are related to this song which was rebutted back with 'how do you think they get to take pics on yacths in anguilla island". Such simplified assumption is indeed an immature, short-sighted statement which tarnishes the effort and reputation of Instagram models who are far away from gold-digging.
In my opinion, this song would not have been welcomed if performed by singers in categories before the provocateur. I can foresee the Internet slamming on 'Good girl', 'Temptress'-category singers with the Gold Digger. Any 'Diva' or 'Hot mass' performing such song would certainly face a huge fall right after. Kanye could do so because he is neither. Provocateur has immense vocal power that many revere. No matter the topic, the mass will follow after provocateur's opinion. Andy Warhol even said, "Be famous, and they will give you tremendous applause even when you are actually pooping." I can honestly imagine some people wailing if Kanye were to perform a song on pooping.
